Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium experience on Isometic. We provide a full 7-day refund policy starting from the timestamp of your One-Time Pass purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the vector asset libraries, canvas rendering options, or exported shapes, you are entitled to request a full return of your payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your One-Time Pass purchase.
- Your account must not have downloaded or exported more than 10 illustration items since your purchase.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service (such as automated bot usage or scraping of SVG binaries).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to vermamridul@outlook.com with the following details:
- Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
- The email address associated with your active Isometic account.
- A copy of your transaction receipt or billing reference ID.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our vector illustration tool!).
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a direct chargeback dispute with your bank before contacting support, we reserve the right to suspend or block your account immediately. This is to protect our servers from fraudulent chargeback scripts. We highly encourage reaching out to us directly, as email-requested refunds are processed much faster and friendlier.
5. Abuse & Exclusions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who exhibit a pattern of abusing our refund window (such as purchasing, exporting dozens of SVG vectors, requesting a refund, and immediately repeating the cycle).
