1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Isometic ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our isometric illustration software and web-based application located at this domain.

By creating an account, purchasing a pass, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access the full Isometic editor and its premium features, you must register for an account. You can register using your email and password, or sign in via Google OAuth.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. IP & Creation License

Our application code, user interfaces, branding, visual styles, and static obfuscated vector assets in `public/` are owned by Isometic and protected by copyright.

Your Created Illustrations: Any illustrations, graphic layers, SVGs, or custom drawings you generate using our editor belong entirely to you. You are granted an absolute, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Export and download your creations in PNG, JPEG, or SVG formats.
• Use your creations for commercial or personal projects without attribution.
• Redistribute, print, or sell your exported designs.

4. Prohibited Use

When using Isometic, you agree not to:

• Bypass, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying vector asset repository or obfuscated binary `.bin` files via scraping tools.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access or extract graphics from the application.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the editor software as a white-labeled product.
• Upload malicious scripts or attempt data injection into our database.
• Share your account credentials or pass access with others, or use another user's account.

5. Purchases & Access

Isometic offers a free tier with basic tools and a one-time purchase for premium features. There are no recurring subscriptions.

• Free Tier: Provides access to core tools including cuboid, cylinder, line, text, and image tools, as well as PNG and JPEG exports.
• One-Time Pass ($19): A single payment that permanently unlocks premium features including the pen tool, advanced shape builder, image-to-isometric converter, the shape library, and high-quality SVG exports.

• All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change, but existing pass holders will not be affected by future price changes.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.
• Pass purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Isometic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the application, loss of design files, or browser rendering performance.

Your illustrations and custom shapes are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser storage limits, cache clearing, or device changes.

In no event shall Isometic, its owners, or developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the editor.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed from our active systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in unauthorized scraping or abuse of our system.
